Tyler Robert Joseph is an accomplished American singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, rapper and record producer, more renowned as lead vocalist of the Grammy Award winning musical duo Twenty One Pilots. Foraying into the world of music early in his life, Joseph embarked on a solo career which included releasing his album No Phun Intended comprising songs like Save and Whisper among others. He went on to form the band Twenty One Pilots with his friends, Chris Salih and Nick Thomas. The group came up with their first album Twenty One Pilots and that was well received. Eventually, Salih and Thomas left the band which presently comprise of Joseph and the drummer Josh Dun. After Joseph and Dun released the band’s second album Regional at Best, they signed with American record label Fueled by Ramen LLC and came up with their debut album with the label titled Vessel. Their real breakthrough came with their second album with the label Blurryface that topped Billboard 200. Two of its singles Stressed Out and Ride climbed at #2 and #5 on Billboard Hot 100 respectively. Their international tours enhanced their popularity further and moving on they won the prestigious Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. |
