Breakfast

  • 4 eggs omelet
  • Yogurt
  • Whole wheat toast
  • Orange juice

Snacks

He does not rest his mouth for more than 2 hours and generally eats:-

  • Nuts
  • Strawberries and blueberries

Post-Workout Meal

Eat immediately after working out.

  • Protein bar
  • 1 banana
  • Raspberries

Lunch

  • Roasted chicken
  • Rice
  • A cup of green beans
  • Fish

Dinner

  • Salmon
  • Sweet potato
  • Mixed vegetables
  • Green tea
